Rape under duress

X points a gun to my head, hands me a knife and tells me to stab another person, Y, until Y dies. X tells me if I refuse, X will shoot my brains out and then proceed to shoot Y.

So Y is pretty much screwed. Now, If I disobey X and refuse to stab Y, I die and so does Y. If I obey X, I believe I can get away with killing Y, since I was acting under duress.

But what about rape ?
